Stuck TogetherPosted by CMLDigitalDetails (NA, United States) on 17 May 2012 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio. I am sure many of you have seen this plant either in your own yard, someone else's yard, or just randomly during travels. Dandelions don't interest me all that much, it is the Seed Head stage that does. This one here really grabbed my attention. From a distance, it was slightly confusing. Is it two Seed heads stuck together? Is all the seedling being released at the same time? Last year I posted a full Seed Head, which can be seen at http://cmldigitaldetails.com/photoblog/index.php?showimage=771. Besides this one, I will be posting two more images. The second image will be a closer view of this same plant. The third will be slightly different, which is my favorite of the three. christine from oelegem, BelgiumNice shot, I like the framing on one side. Indeed, the seeds heads are more artistic than the flower. Yesterday when the wind was blowing, I photographed one too. It is posted for tomorrow. :) 17 May 2012 7:28am |
